Extra Snow Days are built into the calendar.
Reminder: Bad Weather School Closing-If Ozark R-VI School System closes due to inclement weather then the preschool is closed.

Our Goals

The goal of St. Joseph the Worker Preschool is to develop a love of learning in three, four and five year old children.  Our child centered classroom provides various learning materials and activities; rich in newness and challenge.  (The children have freedom to choose their activities during the first part of each session.)  The classroom is prepared so whatever they choose, they will experience and enjoy learning.  The remainder of the session includes group activities.

An equally important goal is to help the children develop attributes of Christian living.  They practice sharing and cooperating with one another.  Before snack time, the children say grace.  The classroom is prepared so the children experience success and hear praise often. 

St. Joseph the Worker Preschool strives to develop our children socially, emotionally, physically, intellectually, and spiritually.
